DESIGN YOUR SALES TEAM & TACTICS TO WIN YOUR SALE
WHAT IS SALESDISK?
SalesDISK© a tool designed for sales and business leaders looking to improve sales revenues by understanding the mix of people needed, and tactics that could be deployed within their sale. The overall result is a solid go-to-market plan where people know what they’re doing, and scale can be achieved as you grow.
At its heart, SalesDISK© is the review of the four key areas of the sale, referred to as segments - DEVELOP, IDENTIFY, SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE - the initials of these segments forming the acronym DISK.
SalesDISK© is also the name of a book available on Amazon, Kindle and as an Audiobook on Audible.com and Apple.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
"This section was a "eureka" moment for me - specifically the "research/review" aspect. It provided me with a definitive point on my checklist that will help streamline the process with leads. As well as this, ascertaining things from this section such as "needs" (eg. upgrade vs replacement) will help develop my sales process by knowing the amount of traction the sale has (eg. to provide more incentive on an uncertain lead when the customer is considering upgrades, vs maximising margin when the customer requires a replacement for a broken piece of kit and has decided they want a product that I'm selling).
Greg Perry, Sales and Support, Cairn Research
"Provides you with a method for setting priorities for Sales to be consistently effective, plus integrating the team with marketing and management. Details on how to get it right without the guesswork or just hoping to hire rock stars. Worth it, just get it!"
Jeff Harris, General Manager, Araceli Bioscience
"It will develop your thinking in a way that will make you consider aspects of marketing and product management that many sales books won’t cover - even though they are essential for salespeople to understand to a degree. If you’re a sales manager, it will encourage you to think long and hard about the people you hire, how your team are going to market and implement a sales plan that aligns with a companywide vision"
Aaron Mehta-Hill , Business Development Manager, Teledyne Imaging
"I really enjoyed this book. It is well written, easy to follow and the concepts are clearly explained. I have already started using SalesDISK in my business. Would highly recommend."
Daniel Croucher, Senior Marketing Manager
