WHO ARE GAIDO SCIENTIFIC?
Gaido, pronounced “guy doe” is Japanese for guide and that is our purpose. We are a team of 7 consultants based in Europe and the United States focused on global Go-to-Market solutions for scientific solution providers.

Our Senior consultant team have spent their careers in scientific solutions, designing, marketing and selling products into research, pharma and biotech. We now focus on providing consulting, training and specific programs to businesses looking to grow in those markets.

Our mission is to help businesses Launch, Strengthen and Accelerate using a mix of consulting and advisory services along with dedicated sales and marketing programs & training courses.
VISION - DEVELOP PROGRAMS WHICH DELIVER CHANGE AND GROWTH
We enjoy the process of creating programs. We love thinking through problems, reviewing approaches and then simplifying and testing them on ourselves and then documenting them to help others.

Our vision is that more and more people adopt these programs and integrate them into their business creating the changes needed to deliver growth.
PURPOSE - INDEPENDENCE, INTEREST & VARIETY
Each member of our senior team have been involved in what are considered large organisations, all benefitting from the experience and skills gathered in these positions which in turn, encouraged a reasonable degree of entrepreneurial thinking. These experiences served us well but each of us strived for more, we wanted to develop ideas, ways of doing things which could benefit more than just our immediate businesses. We understood that to be able to bring these things to life, they would need more attention than our meeting obsessed environments permitted.

Being an independent organisation, each of us are free to operate and develop thoughts and programs as we need whilst working as a team to test and validate them.

Independence also provides variety, allowing us to work with very special people in really interesting businesses, where we can help drive real impact in short periods of time.
