Gaido, pronounced “guy doe” is Japanese for guide and that is our purpose. We are a team of consultants focused on global Go-to-Market solutions for scientific instrument businesses.

TEAM

FOUNDER, JAMES FRANCIS
James has more than 20 years’ experience within the Scientific Instruments markets, working as a Vice President in business units of multibillion dollar enterprises. Having conducted business in over 30 countries, working directly with customers, setting up local sales teams and distribution channels, James provides you with a global view of business development.
James leads the consulting and advisory business and helps develop our custom programs including SalesDISK which launched as a book in March of 2022.
SNR CONSULTANT, SCOTT YOUNG
Scott has worked in Product Management, Market Management and Sales Leadership roles for companies such as Roper Technologies, Danaher, PerkinElmer, and Teledyne Technologies.
Scott specialises in Sales Development, Market Research and Voice of Customer projects. He is the designer of the DIAL© VOC program.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, RAVI KOTECHA
Ravi is responsible for researching, qualifying and developing ideas for business expansion along with assisting clients on specific Marketing or CRM development projects.

Ravi is the product manager of our CRM-10 program which helps companies by building them personalised CRM's in 10 days with segmented contacts included.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, DANIELLE NEWELL
Danielle helps our clients deliver custom marketing programs though assembling and segmenting audiences, creating messages and managing their responses. Along with client duties Dani helps with the research and development and creating of Gaido Scientific future products.

Danielle is the product manager of our Sci-insights program which helps connect product and marketing managers with application experts, to gather essential information to aid product design and marketing.

SCIENTIFIC APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT, Dr. LOUIS KEAL
Louis leads our in-house application and market research programs exclusively for our contract and advisory clients.
​
Louis provides insight into product testing and review along with creating and delivering custom content and collateral such as tech notes, white papers and training courses.
